well, I wonder which are the othersActually one of the better variations of this, well done.
Good point, its unique here as they're elsewhere like chaosrealm. Not sure why this went straight to substandard this time as its well done and from searching a bit looks like the first unless I forgot something since searching through hive's database isn't easy anymore.well, I wonder which are the others
yeah, some models here get underappreciated.Good point, its unique here as they're elsewhere like chaosrealm. Well, if you would put in more effort into your resources then the rating could be higher.yeah, some models here get underappreciated.
Thanks.
I did not state that all my resources are perfect. I said that about one (the pacman), that looks perfect.Well, if you would put in more effort into your resources then the rating could be higher.
But as you have told me many times before, you don't want to improve on your work and most of your resources are 'perfect' as they are.
Besides, I doubt that you made that texture yourself.
So please, get off your high horse, put in the work and stop being such a hassle to work with.
Putting in less than the minimum amount of work is not effort, it is a must and seeing that you even have trouble with that...I did not state that all my resources are perfect. I said that about one (the pacman), that looks perfect.
I do improve with the optimizations dont I. And i do updates to the models.
This reminds me of the past where sometimes a model is indeed done but then one of the hive staff wants it re-done their way and when that conflicts with the author a mess follows, if custom maps/mods didn't exist and wc3 was only melee/edited-melee then some rules would be crystal clear as well.Well, if you would put in more effort into your resources then the rating could be higher.

Sure, but stan really has shown in the past that he cannot even provide proof that it is a free texture, give the source of it or just credit the source. That should be a must and yet he doesn't do it.This reminds me of the past where sometimes a model is indeed done but then one of the hive staff wants it re-done their way and when that conflicts with the author a mess follows, if custom maps/mods didn't exist and wc3 was only melee/edited-melee then some rules would be crystal clear as well.
If the texture was found free for use it should be no different then one using in-game textures?
He's clearly putting in the effort and work after enduring stuff like this, though he does have some stuff he should fix on other submitted resources. I am wondering what was wrong with this one besides the lack of information on that texture?Putting in less than the minimum amount of work is not effort, it is a must and seeing that you even have trouble with that...
I don't applaud something that is less then mediocre or even lower than substandard, I am sorry.
I stated so in my review. It's simple and useful. It's not a bad thing. Does this mean you can point out some approved resources this would have been under, taking one of those prized limited spots of approval? Hard to know what needs improving in a situation like this one so an example would be great.I stated so in my review. It's simple and useful. It's not a bad thing. That's it.
If stan decides to improve it and by all means.
I can't do that directly . As models are evaluated on a case by case base and should never be compared to others.Does this mean you can point out some approved resources this would have been under, taking one of those prized limited spots of approval?
