Looks very similar to the other one. The border between handle and blade looks wierd, it has the wrong shading. The handle could need more shading.
Since there are 2 Daggers from you here now, why not add additional effects to one of them? Add some blood and a motion to this one and it would make a good alternate critical strike.

Shading on the blade part is messy, clean it up.
