Looks too much like Seal of the Crusader and no a Judgement, Judgement should be a hammer smacking into the person from the sky.
But it does look great. 4/5

Well you try doing just that and you will see result.Your animations would be messed up,the handle of the hammer would be spinning and hammer would be misplaced. It took me some time to configure animations, geoset animations, but any way you try doing it and you will see that it is not that easy.So don't talk about things you are not aware of,and you will see this is a well made model.

No, its pretty simple. You just take the hammer geoset, and attach it to the right bone on the starfall model, rotate it, and change the colors of the particles. I could do this in 5 minutes. Stop buttering it up and making it seem like it took more work than it actually did.
Almost a decade old by this point. While the idea of a judgement effect is much needed in Warcraft 3, I feel like this barely cuts the bone.
It is too much transparent and the hammer origins too far from the target and falls in a slightly angled way (while WoW's one is perpendicular to the target and doesn't travel too much). Might feel a bit silly to me, but definitively an useful resource.
(Of course, I might be having problems with properly attaching the effect to the target, but doesn't seem like it).
