Forums Add "View in 3D" to MDX attachments anywhere

Add "View in 3D" as seen from the resource system to forum attachments and pastebins.

If textures are included next to the mdx, they can be used in case custom textures are required.

I'm all for this, but I would prefer to first see an option to "Preview Triggers" from a map uploaded anywhere.
