Are there any tool to retrieve map information?

Hello all,

Im looking for a simple tool, something that could give me information about a map file, it's size, title, if it could make a image from the map's minimap would be perfect.

Actually I'm looking for something that could work liek a script, without window, return me this information and generate the image...

Does you know any?

Or some information about the war3 map file format, where i can retrieve these information from the header file... that could help me to code some program for this.

You can find the file formats here: Inside the w3m/w3x (the 2nd) - Wc3campaigns
You'll want to look at war3map.w3i for the map info and war3mapMap.blp or war3mapMap.tga for the minimap image.

I'm pretty sure there are already tools out there that can do the job, but atm I can't remember any. Also all major sites have such scripts in place to process uploaded maps.
