The original NE ballista is still available in Reforged when running classic graphics, don't worry.

Yeah using the RoC models in Reforged can be a bit glitchy, I encountered the same trying to make the Priests RoC.

Are you using a custom unit? If so try editing the original unit, also remember to use the file paths in the Art- Model File section rather than the check boxes.

Well in pre-Reforged time you could just paste the path Units\NightElf\Ballista\Ballista.mdl to get ballista but i'm pretty sure such models as RoC Ballista and RoC Tank are not in reforged even classic mode

Yeah they are, its just a bit more complicated trying to get them to work.
