Basic skin to model help (really easy) read

Hello guys, im here with a really weird request, currently my main computer is unable so im working on my friend computer.

I downloaded the Magos but it want to run, it need the d3dx9_39.dll file but he want not to instant it cuz he said that it could be a virus or something like that, so im unable to do this by my self.

So, can someone just paste those skins to their main model, OR TELL ME ANOTHER SOFTWARE.
