Can't attack this model

Alright so basically I got this model and you cannot click attack it or click spell on it, you can circle mouse it to look at its stats but you can't attack it unless it attacks you.

I'm needing help with this please and thanks =D

the collision shape appeared to be bugged (don't ask me why but I created a new one and it worked oO)
