Death Coil Heal??

Hey there, is there a way to make if you use the Spell "Death Coil" that it attacks all Units around the Hero? If you can do this for me, can you make that the Damage, the Coil does, Heals the Hero?!? c

Example: Use Death Coil
Damage: 500
Heal: 500

So you basically want Dead Coil voley (around the caster) + healing?

well as i know it should be like
if the unit is an ally then it takes the real damage of the ability and adds it to the hitpoint of the target unit which is basicaly heal
and otherwise if the unit is an enemy u can leave it as it is XD
