I mean one possible very basic way would be to add a new "dissipate" animation in Magos, going into each bone and use the data for the final "death" pose as the beginning pose in the new dissipate anim, and then have all the bones move up so it looks like it rises up into the sky.

Just as primitive but better and less complicated, go into Magos, make a geosetanim where the geosets dissapear after a few seconds in the death anim, and add a particle emitter with a "ghostly" effect. This way you can turn the death anim into a sort of "Poof".

Sidenote: The thread title reads like you have just become an assassin :p
