I can't open War3 File Converter

I downloaded War3 File Converter, but every time I try to open it, it says, "Application was Unable to Start correctly 0xC0000142".

I tried running it on every different compatibility version. Nothing works.

Could someone please help me make the File Converter work or find an alternative to it?

I found out that the reason this tool is not working nowadays is the compatibility issue due to the fact it's quite old. Windows 11 doesn't support older WC3 tools, including this one.

Possibly due to a missing or incorrect DLL, such as the x86 (32 bit) applications trying to use x86-64 (64 bit) DLLs.

I would suggest looking for alternatives that are actively or at least recently maintained.
