I Need Help Again (buying abilities)

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there are any custom hero arena or custom hero builders that are unprotected. I dont want to edit them, I just want to see how the makers made it so that the heros can get buy skills and put levels in them using skill points. I want to make heros be able to buy abilities which they can put levels into in my own game. Please help.
