Icon Bug

Please help me fast as you can.

This wont let me upload icon,i have used IrfanView to make my icon,it was fine,but when i uploaded it it sayed this(I dont want to others steal icon idea so i put * instead of letter):
**** **** seems to be corrupted
**** **** should have 64x64 dimensions
**** **** should have 64x64 dimensions
You only can upload blp or tga files
And please help me! I cant make anything it isnt corrupted,it haves 64x64 and it is .tga file,PLEASE HELP.

In IrfanView i dont see save as blp option,anyway,ill try to find it out.. somehow...
