IMPORTANT : Map beign stealed??

Well, maybe it is not true, but as far as i know, authors of maps are Ralle and BloodLetter (or h/e it is spelled ) but when i saw thise i thouhght that someone stealed map, i don't know is this changed in game and is he team member, but take o look here http://maps.worldofwar.net/maps.php?id=9401 and if this is true do something with this

I uploaded newest version to the site of theirs though
