CAn I make indicator like blizzard's that points the direction of an object?

Are you referring to the AoE targeting image, like on the Blizzard ability?

If so, then use the ability Channel.

Art Duration = 0
Set the order ID to something unique
Disable Other Abilities = False
Follow Through Time = 0
Options = Visible, Targeting Image
Target Type = Point Target
Area of Effect = the size of your targeting image
