Is there a Starcraft 2 Modding site?

I was too lazy to search if this was post before.
I was just curious if there was gonna be a starcraft 2 modding site where map makers or players can share and download others ideas for there maps?
Is there gonna be a starcraft 2 modding site?
Or is thehiveworkshop going to do starcraft 2 and warcraft 3 now?

I love thehiveworkshop cause then its all in one place and its all categorized and easy for the people to upload and share or download.
