This is an EZ way to make a mod have more than 1 skin

1. Get 2 or more skins
2.Extract the model file from the MPQ of the mod u want the skin to be on
3. Import all of the skins and the model file into ur map.
4. Change the path of ONE skin to the path of the guy u want to skin
5. Change the path of the model u imported to another guy that u will most likely NOT use and then change the path of the 2ND skin to the path of the model u changed the guy to

EX: Footman Model with the path of Units\Creeps\OgreLord\OgreLord.mdx
and a footman skin with path of Units\Creeps\OgreLord\OgreLord.blp

*NOTE* this will turn the ogre lord into a footman
