[Model Request] Circle Aura

Hi, can someone make a simple model or a skin of a model. I want the model to be flat on the ground and in the circle there is a picture of another universe.

I attached an example model here by ddahe. I would like someone to make this model flat. Thx.

Edit: I dont mind if the animation does not move. I just want something like that.
