Order Player to send a Text Message

Hello, Hive!

I have a simple question: Is there any way to order a player to send a chat message via trigger? I am not talking about <Game - Text Message>, but an actual "Chat" message.
My goal is to display messages that can be logged via the multiplayer Chat Log (F12) and as we all know only chat messages go there.

So, is it possible or not? Thanks in advance!

If I recall, there is a native that allows just that, though it is my speculation.

DisplayTimedTextFromPlayer(toPlayer, x, y, duration, message)

Luashine has mentioned a native function introduced in Reforged "BlzDisplayChatMessage", which may be suitable for your needs.

Probably not possible.

With robots one can force 1 or more clients to communicate with the robot and then get the robot to force out a chat message for the player. However this needs one to modify a standard robot's code to support this feature.
