question about ai combat values

My map is rpg, there is a lot of enemy units spawning and walking so they GOTTA be under computers control, my question is, is it possible to change computers players guard distance to 9999999999 so they would never stop chasing player, they never return to their orginal place?

Second question i enabled AI scripts so wounded enemy units move back but the problem is it sometimes makes my game easier for players and it shouldnt be so. How so it makes game easier? During combat at gaps in forest a enemy unit who is damaged is trying to return back but he cant since all other enemy units block him so is it possible to make it so if enemy doesnt have spot to run he doesnt retreat?

also is it possible to make it so enemy retreats with 50% of hp and not 20% or 30%?
