[Solved] Question about Buff Indicator.

Is there any way to hide this (the encircled part)?

It gives critical information to other players and does not go well/inconsistent with a Buff System.

Maybe you can open the map with UMSWE enabled, then having a look into the game interface.

There is a "Text - General - Level" ... field which also uses "%d" as a value reference, maybe it's the one you need.
