Request WoW Alterac Valley Video/Detailed Description

Hello, me and a friend are working on making ALterac Valley battlegrounds for Wc3 exactly like it as possible. We've played WoW for awhile now, but we still dont have level 50+ characters to enter Alterac Valley. Yes, we have read all WorldofWarcraft.com's descriptions, maps, and etc. but we need more detail to see what actually goes on and such. If someone could leave a more detialed description of it like, do npcs spawn, are gold mines captured, little bit detail on the quests, how it all really works. Even a small fraps video of 1 round of BG would help. Thanks a bunch.
