[HD/Texturing] Shiny Gold Mines

I wanted to do shiny gold mines, normal and undead mines are ready, but I'm stuck on night elf.
if I replace the orm completely the tree part is also shiny, I tried only using the shiny orm in the gold mine part but I'm not sure if it's not possible or I'm retarded...
don't know if the format I'm saving into is the correct one. (dxt 1 and 5)
-pic 1 mine and tree part are shiny. (replaced orm)
-pic 2 trying to mix original orm and the shiny only for the mine part.
-pic 3 the result of pic 2 lol.

anyway to do it?
