top of the shield seems to be missing polys on that side-edge thing.
sword sfx feels like it needs to be further towards the tip of the sword and leave a trail ( if it isn't already )
portrait speak animation feels weird with such a tiny mouth.. try widening, add more side-tilting of the lower jaw and such subtle movements, and maybe put lill exaggerated mustaches over so they too get to be animated a bit by the mouth
It's a great custom model. From thematically fitting animations to mesh and texturing. Though there are some bugs that concern me. First and foremost - fix his normals on his forehead (and some other parts of his armor. He also lacks a teamcolored plane behind his head in the portrait and weapon ref is broken (orb effects are scaled down and hidden under his sword for some reason. You also forgot to add tracks event objects for his walk animation.
Also, for me in V2 his moustaches were nervously twitching in portrait, which is weird.
