[SOLVED] Add Birth/Death Animation to Model

Would somebody be able to make a Birth and Death animation for the Resurrection Stone from Rexxar's campaign? Doesn't matter which facing it is. Ideally the animation will have it crumble and some kind of magical affect appears as it crumbles.

For the Birth animation it popping out of the ground would be fine.
