World Generator v2

Create your own world, simple choices make the game easier or harder.

It gives a comfortable view.

It helps the game to be more random than ever.

Pros:

Easy and quick
Balanced
Easily Editable
Beautiful Terrain
Realistic view
Ready to be used
Deciding whether using Decide or Randomize

Cons:

Your camera will not adjust to the elevation
The flying animals will not adjust (I am deciding to make them float or what)
You cannot see it in the mini-map (But hell...)
Elevations may be too high, its been decreased but in rare cases may happen again
It might lag in a period of time

Fixes in v1 and 2

Fixed majority of the lags
Fixed the mini-map where a V is... (See picture)
Fixed some skipping dialogs
Fixed the length of 1st dialog title
Took off the "ping" effects to reduce lags
Reduced memory leaks by a high percentage
Fixed the amount of animals created
Fixed the trees being affected by elevation
Fixed the amount of trees
Increased tree amount
Deleted a failed attempt to make a custom Mini Map image... Surprisingly it became 114kb... lol 2 MB worth of a worthless image...

Updates in v2:

Memory leaks are reduced by a high percentage
Randomization or Decide is added
Coloring on dialogs text

Some FAQs

How do you change the map?

If you are going to make a new map, simply EXPORT the triggers from the trigger window and IMPORT it to the new map trigger window.

A simpler way to do this which can be used for maps that are not going to replace their triggers, is to copy the triggers (Hold CTRL + Click for multiple choices) and then open or create a new map then paste.

I want to change the terrain, how will I do it?

Its very simple, all you can do is browse the triggers and you may encounter the choices like different textures, animals, trees, doodads and etc.

Download now! v2

I have used small amounts of variables, also I placed dialogs to give users the choices.

It's ok, but

  • It's not JASS
  • the terrain has large blotches of each type
  • doodads don't correspond to the terrain which they are placed on
  • Mountainous isn't really mountainous - hilly at best.

Graveyard'd since it's not JASS. Feel free to submit this to the Spells resource section (it's also for systems) as GUI if you wish.
