Basically after Blen's death they got a massive hit to their moral.
The unnamed Kasrkin commander in black armor, who was second in command is now their leader.
They freed Harmos from his prison, saving him from the fate Blen suffered.
Due to a spell that binded them to Aedale, they couldn't kill her, and had to escort her to a cave. After that they left.
If you're wondering if they will appear in chapter 13, i'd say no, since Aedale's spell forbids them from following her for a few days.

The number of Kasrkin units were reduced drastically during their imprisonment under the GG dungeon, who were tortured to death including Blen.
The unamed Black Commander and his men's fate remained unknown after finishing their escorting job.
While those who freed Harmos joined forces with the Royal Army.
I doubt that they will make any individual reappearance soon, we will see them with a new hero leader in the next book perhaps.

Seems unlikely that they will reappear in orc or undead books.

Of the five commanders only one remains. They're kinda pissed at everyone at the moment and very high casualties have been sustained so don't expect to see them until we're done with the second books because what little part they had is done and they're broken.

1 died in the FUB, what about the rest?

Various unfortunate demises, the one with you in the finale of the human book died during the mass retreat. The one in the tunnels dies in all timelines, one dead due to intense torture, and the last one died doing a holding action during the retreat cause that was a whole demon legion chasing everyone.

Well it just speculation my friend.
I mean think about it Where the survivors of Karskin forces? they couldn't go anywhere, the golden guard are somewhat chasing them or demon roaming it. No other closes allied base to be found.

Probably roaming from place to place. Very few are left. Their numbers are about as big as the size of a squad or maybe platoon.

I'd love to say if after Merlon's death they will john Gardon force for some reason or mostly because the Undead (or after Van Durce finish Gardon and still alive after the episode The Golden Crusades he will have to finish Gardon remans force by recruiting the Karskin force)

After that for Revenge Gardon's death the Karskin commander wil plan to betrays Van Durce and unite both force (it could make the karskin stronger and restore their main power again)

as Gardon's death i think he could be still alive by using dark art but haaving problem about finding the remand and the Undead ( the karskin commander just recently know that after kill Van Durce will send force to help him or not) ))

oh and maybe at somepoint they will add the karskin commander's name

It will be a shock to know the Karskin dead so i hope its won't
