Using 2 skins for a model

It's not possible. But you can easily edit the model, import it two times and use it. Just do the following:
-Use War3FileConverter (in Tools section) to convert the model to MDL
-open it with text editor and change the path of the skin, save
-rename and convert it back to MDX again using War3FileConverter
Now you have two models which are actually the same, only have two different skins.
