Weird Imported Terrain Bug

So I want to make this medieval fantasy terrain with WoW textures and such.

But when I imported the terrain textures and replaced the starcraft ones, the WoW ones just turn dark red.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with importing WoW terrain?

You sure you set the layers correctly? It sounds like one of the layers is missing or broken.
