A wisp has 2 colors: the main "body", which corresponds to the owning players color, and in inner color, which can be changed in unit editor and with triggers. How do I change the main body to a different color?

EDIT: (changed the following paragraphs, they were a bit wordy and confusing)

I tried changing
"Art - Allow custom team color" to "True", and then changing
"Art - Team Color" to "Player 4 (Purple)", but it wont change color.

Anyone know why?

Go onto Object Editor (F6) >>> Units >>> Go to the wisp. Go to ART - Team Color, where it says Match Owning Player, change it to "Player 4".
Read again please.

He/she said he/she already did that.

Strange... I am trying it in my current map and it is not changing. Maybe it doesnt work because I changed another field which will affect it. I will experiment with it tomorow and see what happens.
