Hello guys,

I recently read a paper (El-Nasr, Magy Seif, and Brian K. Smith. "Learning through game modding." Computers in Entertainment (CIE) 4.1 (2006): 7.), which discusses the potential of using game modding tools like the World Editor or Half life's tools to educate students on computer science, maths, physics etc.

I wanted to hear your opinions on the matter. Do you think its viable or productive to use the world editor for such matters? Maybe anyone is interested in making a whole curriculum of lessons in the form of map examples?

I think especially now with the reforged versions of Wc3, it might excite younglings to not only study Computer Science but maybe revitalize the modding community.
