Looks great, but i think you could try to change the lion faces with something else, maybe the black skulls from the cinematic arthas texture from the frozen throne?, also, since the hood is black, and the head too, maybe you could give the hood a golden trim so it doesn't blend with the head

I changed the lions according to your description to the skull of Artes.
Now these skulls stand out.
As for the hood, I didn't find a nice texture.:)
