It is modified from "[Impending Victory]", an warrior's talent ability in WoW.
After modified and imported into my map, this icon is used as "Diving Smash", a gryphonrider's ability, which allows gryphonrider to approach a ground unit rapidly and use its hammer to stun the target.
Maybe something like "ThunderSmash" is a proper name for this icon....who cares...囧
I don't need credits. It's shared for anyone.
