shiiK: Cleaning up skins that have been rejected (until updated) for more than a month - moving to rejected permanently due lack of updates since last moderation. No new review of the skin has been made. If you feel that this decission is wrong, or if you want to update the skin, please reply to this PM and I'll work it out for you. As this is a preset message, and I'm just picking up each and every skin in the category, I want to apologize beforehand if this clutters your inbox.

shiiK: This isn't finished. It looks like a WIP. The shading is rough, the lines are fat and there's no colour. The face is horrible to say the least. I don't know what to say about the nose. You need to put a lot more work into this. Make the shading smoother, add shiny highlights. His armour looks like it's made out of coal. I'm sure you want it to look like metal. Have a look at some tutorials in the 2D art section. As for this being more than 75% freehand - just barely. You should aim to do it 100% freehand, not aim to do as little freehand as possible whilst still complying with the rules.
Finally, the wrap is working really bad. Parts are supposed to fit together on the model. How it looks in the UW does not matter at all - how it looks on the model does. Texturing is not about drawing a pretty UW. Try to remember that when you make skins.
