The terrain needs some work: you can use multiple tree types to make a bit more varied, add a sky, remove the blizzard cliffs perhaps, the city was a bit... mehh, it didn't look like a city (or the entrance of a city...).
The camera was too static, you really need to smoothen that up, the triggering is also not good, I would really recommend some tutorials for leaks and efficiency (and cinematic triggers).
Yet again, the story is nice, which is highly important in cinematics.
