The Caster Transforms him/herself into a Puddle the Puddle then Flys in the air to the targeted point
Turns into a wave and crashes into the target location, dealing damage based on agility to all nearby units. After 2 seconds, targets take an additional 40% of the damage, 60% if still in the impact radius. |n|n|cffffcc00Level 1|r - 80 damage + 30% of agility.|n|cffffcc00Level 2|r - 110 damage + 60% of agility.|n|cffffcc00Level 3|r - 140 damage + 90% of agility..|n|cffffcc00Level 4|r - 170 damage + 120% of agility.
